Agile Group, one of China's leading real estate developers, founded in 1989 as a furniture-maker to run a Time Furniture Factory in Sanxing Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong province. In 1992, it started to get involved in real estate and established Zhongshan Agile Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2005. The group is mainly engaged in real estate development and operation, and also extensively engaged in property management, commercial property and hotel operation. It is headquartered at 33/F, Citibank Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong. Its subordinate projects are distributed in Zhongshan, Guangzhou, Foshan, Hong Kong, Macao, Lingshui, Hainan and other provinces and cities.
