In 2019, Toyota was the world's second-largest passenger car maker, ranking the second place in the vehicle and parts industry of the Fortune Global 500 in 2020. The company was founded in the 12th year of Zhaohe (1937), whose founder was Toyoda Kiichiro (1894-1952).
