Jingdong group
JD.com Group is a self-operated e-commerce enterprise in China, whose founder Liu Qiangdong serves as chairman and chief executive officer of JD.com Group. Its subsidiaries include JD Mall, Jingdong Finance, Paipai.com, Jingdong Intelligence, O2O and overseas business departments. In 2013, it was officially granted a virtual operator license. In May 2014, it was listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
